Terms of Service for Providing Intellectual Products and Services<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

1.1. Acceptance of the Terms<\/strong> \u2014 By taking the actions specified in section 3.4, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms of Service.
1.2. Buyer<\/strong> \u2014 An individual or legal entity who accepts these Terms of Service and enters into an agreement with the Executor.
1.3. Executor<\/strong> \u2014 The company providing intellectual products and services, such as online courses, eBooks, masterclasses, and other educational materials.
1.4. Terms of Service<\/strong> \u2014 The binding terms governing the relationship between the Executor and the Buyer upon acceptance by the Buyer.
1.5. Price List<\/strong> \u2014 A list of intellectual products and services with prices, published on the Executor’s website [link to the website].<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2.1. The Executor agrees to provide the Buyer with access to intellectual products and services, such as online courses, eBooks, masterclasses, and other educational materials, as described on the Executor’s website.
2.2. The list of available products and services, along with the current pricing, is available on the Executor\u2019s website. The Executor reserves the right to modify prices, course content, eBooks, or masterclasses without prior notice to the Buyer. Such changes will take effect no earlier than three days after publication on the website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Procedure for Providing and Paying for Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.1. Access to intellectual products and services will only be granted after 100% payment. Payment is made in USD through available methods, including online payment systems such as PayPal.
3.2. The Buyer reviews the terms and price list on the Executor’s website and submits an application for the selected course, eBook, or masterclass.
3.3. The Buyer will receive an electronic invoice for the selected service upon submission of the application.
3.4. The Buyer makes payment via the chosen payment system or other available methods.
3.5. The agreement becomes effective once the Executor confirms successful payment and credits the funds.
3.6. After acceptance of these Terms, the Executor is obligated to provide access to the intellectual product or service within the specified time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4.1. Once payment is made, the Buyer is granted access to the intellectual product or service, which becomes available for use. Therefore, no refunds will be issued, as access to intellectual property (courses, eBooks, masterclasses) has been transferred to the Buyer.
4.2. The Buyer guarantees that the courses, eBooks, and masterclasses will not be used for commercial purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5.1. The Executor agrees to provide the services in full compliance with the selected product (course, eBook, masterclass).
5.2. The Buyer agrees to pay for the product in accordance with the Terms and to follow the rules for using the online materials.
5.3. The Buyer is prohibited from copying, distributing, or transferring course, eBook, or masterclass materials to third parties. Any violation will result in suspension of access to the materials without a refund.
5.4. The Executor is not liable for failure to fulfill the terms of this agreement due to force majeure events (e.g., fire, natural disasters, technical failures).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

6.1. These Terms of Service become effective upon the Buyer\u2019s acceptance and remain valid until the obligations of both parties are fully completed.
6.2. In case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in court in accordance with applicable laws.
6.3. The Executor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service and the Price List at any time. Changes will take effect three days after publication on the website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
